Full Description

Fully automatic transmission service station for the maintenance and replacement of gearbox oil in the professional workshop. Suitable for all automatic transmission types and vehicle brands. Due to design problems, it is usually not possible to drain the entire transmission oil manually — the ATF98-12V transmission oil exchanger replaces transmission oil, torque converter fluid and transmission fluid quickly, safely and with little effort. A 10'' touch LCD display and English/Spanish menu guidance make the work comfortable and easy. An integrated vehicle database (over 1000 vehicles) facilitates use: after selecting the working parameters, the automatic transmission change is performed automatically, including a cleaning cycle to suspend deposits, pumping out the old oil and flushing with fresh oil, with automatic flow tracking to prevent over- or underfilling. Comes with 29 universal adapters included; the 86 special adapters case (ATF86AD) is available as an optional professional complement.

Application

• Select the vehicle via the built-in database — the required oil and flushing quantities are stored automatically, adjustable manually if needed. The device recommends the required special adapter and shows the connection point with a reference image. Cleaning is performed by pumping the transmission oil in a circuit through a 5-micron filter for approx. 20 minutes; heavily contaminated gearboxes benefit from an additional transmission oil cleaner additive, which can also be pumped in with the device. Because only 20-50% of old ATF fluid can normally be drained, the device performs a second flushing step with fresh oil (3-4L for torque-converter automatics, 2-3L for CVT/DSG).
