Full Description

One-component high viscosity polyurethane adhesive and sealant. Recommended for bonding front and rear windscreens and side windows to vehicle bodies. Does not require a primer for bonding. The bonding agent is characterized by its extremely fast hardening properties and excellent rigidity, processing time only 20 minutes. Safe vehicle operation after 2 hours. UV stability and high elasticity guarantee high strength and durability. Application from -15°C to 65°C.

Application

• Surfaces to be bonded have to be dry and free of oil and dust
• The glass surface or the ceramic coating has to be cleaned by degreasing agent
• Car body flange or the newly painted car body parts are to be cleaned the same way
• Clean the cut off residual adhesive manually and use a degreasing agent in addition
• Before the glass surface is bonded, the cleaned surface has to have dried completely
