Full Description

DPF Foam Cleaner is designed to restore performance and remedy malfunctions caused by clogged diesel particulate filters. Especially vehicles that are mainly driven on short routes and city vehicles are affected by problems with clogged diesel particulate filters. Cleans and restores the full flow capacity of the filter. Loosens and removes carbon and ash deposits accumulated in the filter. Secures optimum vehicle handling, engine performance and low fuel consumption. Not flammable. Neutral ash- and metal-free formula. Evaporates without leaving residue behind. For passenger car diesel engines with diesel particulate filter (DPF/FAP).

Application

• The temperature of the particulate filter during cleaning should be less than 40°C. Remove the temperature or pressure sensor. Insert the tube through the opening which has been made and empty in the direction of the particulate filter by using puffs in 5-10 second intervals. Wait approx. 15 minutes to allow the cleaner to take effect. After the sensor has been reinstalled, you or the workshop must initiate DPF regeneration as per the manufacturer's specifications.

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Contains: <5% anionic surfactants. GHS07
